Hello again...figured it was time for an update. We leave Korea in 1.5 months and go back to the US. I am so very sad to be leaving this wonderful country, it is 10x better than the US ever will be. Some back story from the past year: Valentine and Harmony have been doing great. Valentine was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism/Graves Disease at 4 months old and has been fighting ever since. Basically, her body is working against her and is constantly on overdrive. She is doing much better now and is 15 months old. Harmony is a little feisty girl. Growing well and learning like a sponge. :)

I must say, having two children is kinda nerve wracking. But, we're making it through. Our newest addition, Valentine Alta Louise Slater, was born on March 13, 2013 at 3:01pm...Korea time that is. That'd be 1:01am Central Standard Time back in the United States. She was 9lbs 2oz at birth, so pretty big. I love her so much! Harmony is adjusting well to her and we're all getting by one day at a time. On the other hand, my photography is kinda slipping through at the moment...most of whatever I take will probably be of just my girls from here on out for awhile. (:

Here's a quick run down from the past almost year... for those that are unaware, I have made the ginormous jump from the USA to move all the way to South Korea. That's right...South Korea. Hubby got orders for Camp Casey, South Korea and Harmony, myself and the bun in the oven followed suite. Oh yeah! I'm pregnant again. 19 weeks this coming Tuesday to be exact. It's a wild adventure, but one definitely worth taking!
